Return & Exchange Policy

At Pandaize, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Before Shipping: You may cancel your order before it is produced or shipped. Please contact us immediately if you need to request a cancellation.

  • After Shipping: Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

2. Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.

  • Eligibility: To be eligible, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • Custom & Personalized Items: Please note that personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return.

  • Clothing Policy: Our clothing items are unique and produced only once ordered. Therefore, we do not support returns or exchanges if the wrong size/color was ordered or if there is a change of mind.

  • Return Address: You must contact our customer service to obtain the correct return address before sending any items back.

Shipping Fees for Returns:

  • Consumer Reason: If the return is due to personal preference or error, the customer is responsible for the shipping fee.

  • Our Error: If the goods are damaged or incorrect upon arrival, we will cover the shipping costs.

  • Restocking: We do not charge any restocking fees.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company (it may take some time before your refund is officially posted).

  3. Contact your bank, as there is often a processing delay.
